I have specialized in helping home buyers make the most informed decisions they can since 1984: decisions based on location, the market, financeing option, the condition of a home and its real price as distinct from its sale price, what "extras" to negotiate for, which service providers to use and more. In addition, I will do a lot of the legwork for you so you save time, money and energy
